A neighborhood of a Louisiana suburb is shocked by the gruesome discovery of a 6-year-old’s physique in a 10-gallon chlorine bucket in her mom’s garden, and the suspect that has been arrested.

Police mentioned the physique of Bella Fontenelle was found on Wednesday at about 8:30 a.m. at a house in Harahan.
